Order id-fcva[protected]. Email- manoj.[protected]@gmail.Com. Sir, i did my recharge on 28 dec 2015 of voice59 (bsnl) by freecharge online. First time i got message that your transaction is unsucessful, and if amount is debited will be refunded and amount was debited from my bank account. I did the recharge again and it was successful. I contacted bsnl customer service, he told me to contact nearest bsnl office, i visited nearest office, he asked me to contact freecharge customer service. Please do the needful and help me to get my amount credited to my account. For reference transaction order no & e-mail id are provided above. Thanking you, manoj singh m-[protected]
