[Resolved] Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Recharge unsuccessful, money not refunded, no one is listening to my complain. | |||||
I am Atin Wadhwani from Bareilly (UP) ad my conatct no. is [protected]. I did 2 recharges on 15th feb, 2016 of rs 200 and rs 47 from Freecharge.com online recharge site, but the recharge was not done, i sended the mail to their customer support, and their i received my complain ticket id: 3103266. after that no one has responded, and no one is replying to my quieries. Feb 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved 8882691389 was the number from the company, i was called. i have been refunded.
