Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Refund not done even after promised date | |||||
I purchased Apple earphones on Snapdeal. Unsatisfied with the product, I exchanged the product and asked for full refund. Snapdeal had transferred amount (transaction id: [protected]) on April 3rd. I checked in my freecharge account and there was an amount of 1589 exactly the worth of product I purchased. I was asked to enter bank details in order to move money from freecharge to my bank account. After entering proper details, the company had asked to wait for 5-7 business days to transfer the amount. Even after the promised date, the refunded amount didn't reflect in my account. I had written to Freecharge about the issue and they were like "Our customer care representative will get in touch with you as early as possible." This had happened to me many times. So, please someone out there looks into this issue seriously and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Also, take charges against these type of cases and enact strict punishment to companies like these so that these kind of incidents won't happen in near future. Was this information helpful? | |||||
