Hi this is avaneesh and i have freecharge account on my emaild id name. yesterday i lost 5000 and 2000 rs, in total 7000rs from my account without my authorization and without otp. i did not received any otp but money had transfered to another person?? and when i enquired with customer care reply is money had already transferred and it is not possible to revert them back
