I had made a payment of 5730 rupees on 6th april 2016 towards mseb bill from freecharge.In they sent me a email stating the transaction has been failed after multiple tries and the amount will be refunded back to your account within 6-7 days. I sent them a reminder email to refund the money but they raised a token for it and within an hour they closed the token stating resolved after that i sent them a email asking them on what bases they closed my token neither did i get a call or did i get any kind of email from freecharge. Again the raised a token and there is no response from freecharge now neither they are calling or they replying through email. My transaction details are:-1) order id : fcei[protected] 2)to msedc 3)from syndicate bank Hereby i am attaching some doucments listed as 1) freecharge email about transaction failed. 2)proof of transaction failed showing when i login and check transactions. 3)email sent as an reminder. 4) email sent after they issuing token and closing it on their own.
