I am very upset and disappointed with what happened with me on 13/04/2016. Freecharge debited my bank account twice but money is not added. No customer care response till now. Rs. 6000 is a huge amt. So please solve this issue and revert to me. I had also sent my bank statement screenshot to [protected]@freecharge.in. I am hereby attaching the screenshot of my bank statement.
