I recharged my mobile [protected] on 03rd may 2016 for rs 50 with order id fcvw[protected] that was failed from the operator side.Amount has debited in my kvb account. Recharge succesfull message also shown in kvb menu on to. But the recharge not done so far. So i contacted freecharge for my money to revert back but they are not responding to my mails.
