Dear Sir,

I had been recharged Videcon-D2H by Rs.500 and as per offer provided Free-Charge Rs.100 cash back. But now they said you had been not used any promo code . But i used the promo code DT20 at the time of transaction .

But now he do not want to give the cash back . so, my request is that please resolve this issue
