Freecharge.in — Fraud service. Dont ever use it .Money deducted and no recharge done

Recharge fraud, made a recharge of 280 rupees transaction ID:FCVW[protected] money deducted immediately and even after 18 hours recharge is pending up on complaining got the below reply, Do really think we are such a fool to wait 48 hours to get a simple recharge. Now my balance is zero and i cant make calls they have deducted the money and wont return it. Dont use free charge this is a big fraud company, have no direct calling number.. to reach once you lost the money from your account. You have no one to help. Worst customer service. Please there reply on my complain. They are fraud, because when i did the recharge i got SMS saying your recharge will be done in 1-2 hours, false promise..
