I have recharge my Idea no [protected] with Rs 37 and also purchased as coupon of Amazon.in of cash back of Rs 25 which freecharge.in Order ID : FCVA[protected] on Tue, Sep 23, 2014 at 10:32 PM. On Thu, Sep 25, 2014 at 7:04 PM I have order Items amounting Rs. 574 on amazon.in by clicking on the link which I was received on mail by Freecharge.in to get the Rs 25 cash back as mentioned in the mail by freecharge.in. My amazon.in order number is Order #[protected]. I complain for the cash back on Thu, Sep 25, 2014 at 8:49 PM ticket number #595703 of freecharge.in. They replied me on Fri, Sep 26, 2014 at 2:32 PM that I have to wait 15 days to get the cash back and on Fri, Sep 26, 2014 at 2:49 PM they claimed that problem is resolved but problem is actually not resolved. I waited for 15 days but no cash back credited again on Fri, Oct 10, 2014 at 10:18 PM I mailed with the reference ticket number #595703 for the cash back and got a new ticket number #687384. On Sat, Oct 11, 2014 at 10:52 PM I have received a mail mentioning
"We are sorry you had something to complain about. We have escalated this ticket now. If your concern has not been addressed yet, we request you to please explain your complain once again and we will look into it immediately.
Already 18 day pass they just not doing anything every time they disturb mentally by given a new ticker number and ask for explain the whole matter again. They cheated me by not giving the cash back and please stop this kind of fraud I am totally frustrating with cash back technique. Please help me out to get the cash back as early as possible. This type of online recharge site should be sacked immediately because they cheated by attracting consumer for offers and coupons but actually they not given any cash back and poor quality of customer care support whom are given lazy service to loyal consumer whom may be core agent for their business .
