This is to bring into your notice on 21 Oct 14, I was trying to recharge mobile no [protected] for INR 175 through ICICI credit card. I was using free charge app for the same. Twice I tried and both the time transaction did not go through but I was charged on my credit card both the time. After a while I realized that 175 was credited in my credits of free charge account as a failed transaction but 2nd transaction is showing as processed.
I would like to bring into your notice that both the transactions were declined and request you to please refund my money either in my credits or in my credit card.
Also, later after all this I recharged my number from Airtel official website for 175 using my Citibank credit card thinking there must be a problem with icici.
I have transaction confirmation mails from both the banks and let me know if you require them. Also, there is no point spending crores on tv ads and promoting your app if there is not sure technical support.
Its shocking to note you guys don't have a customer care even. Hoping for a speedy refund.
