Freecharge.in — Money has been deducted from My bank account

Hi, I recharged( Order id: FCVA[protected]) my BSNL No through freecharge mobile app on 24/03/2015 at 3.10 PM, but recharge not done yet, though money has been deducted from my account. Please update me on urgent basis, as money is not been credited to my freecharge account. I've already sent several mail & also male complain (No: #1377242/1380241)through through their website, but they didn't care to reply. Seems they are doing a total fraud business
