It has been 2 days i have paid my utility bill payment of 2420rs using freecharge. The money has been deducted from my debit card but it is not showing paid on bses portal. Freecharge is saying that transaction us completed. But as i can see the payment is not done on bses my utility bill is unpaid. M worried for my money. Please take a serious action in this regard.
