Hello,
I have added money (Rs.500) on my FREECHARGE account via mobile App for recharging mobile & to pay DTH bill. The amount got deducted from my bank account, but fail to add in my FREECHARGE account. Transaction done on 03/11/2015. I've written mail to the concern, but NO RESPONSE till now.
This company is not having proper customer care phone number & they have not disclosed it in their website. They have only mail id to escalate ([protected]@freecharge.in & [protected]@freecharge.com). I got customer care number's[protected] &[protected] from internet. While contacting these numbers, the call goes busy all time & automatically gets disconnected. I have even tried in mid night, but the same problem persist.
The company like this air advertisement like anything on TV channels. When we trust such mobile App, the result is this.
Request your help & strong action against this useless mobile App.
