Sir, i have been recharged 500/- Rs on 15 Sep.2015 transaction id. -FCVW[protected] and 500/- Rs 16 Sep. 2015 transaction id.- FCVW[protected] by Free charge site, but total amount 1000 not revived in my mobile balance. these transaction has been failed. but my amount not refund in my A/c.
