I made a transaction from google pay to freecharge vallet of rs 1851 to place an order on shein amounting to rs 1856. There was a balance of rs 5 in the freecharge wallet. Cash got debited from my account but order wasn't placed. It's been more than a week now. I've contacted my bank and google pay. They say it was a successful transaction. Freecharge denies this and on the transactions section it's still showing as processing. When i emailed the customer support i was informed that the transaction was unsuccessful. I need my money back.
