FreeCharge — Payment failure refund not received | |||||
Sir I had paid my electricity bill via freecharge with order ID FCEA[protected] on 20 January 2017 worth Rs 2558. Sir the transaction was not successful and a msg came from freecharge that I will get refund in 5-7 days. Sir now 09 days spent still I have not received my refund.
