FreeCharge — Payment not received in wallet

I have done recharge of rs 300/-rs with appling the code ucobank in which i gets (25% or max upto 50rs) in my wallets. But i have not received neither of them even after the code was showing me that its is been applied on it and before making this recharge by balance in the wallet was 111/-rs and after making recharge of 300/-then also my bal in the wallet is rs 111/- and my order no was order id: fcvw[protected]. And i have was the code ucobank, its has shown be that its is been applied so i should get come money in my wallet. And now they r saying me that seems like the card you used for the transaction is not valid
Against the respective offer. It could be because the card you are using is a
Virtual one.

Unfortunately, the cash back offer is applicable only on a valid
Debit/credit card.

However, if the card you possess is not a virtual card, please
End in a snapshot of your physical card (Showing your name and first six
Digits of the card), so that we can get it verified with the relevant
Team.
And each and every time i was this card only and before i have got the points and now they r say me all this things so pls expains me that what should i do now.
