I can not transfer money from my wallet due to freecharge locked my account. I successfully verified my kyc details but freecharge frequently locked my account. I complain it many times but no one response me. Previously I submit kyc deatils adhar card, pan card bank details. I request you to unlock my account or reverse my transaction as soon as possible. Nov 15, 2016 rv2015's response Dear Customer, we failed to recharge [protected] for Rs.200.0 (Order ID - FCVM[protected]). Your refund will be refunded to your original instrument ( Card/Bank ) within 4-7 days. This is with reference to your email regarding blocking of certain features in your Freecharge account. At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We wish to inform you that, as a fraud prevention & security control measure, Freecharge has put in place automated transaction rules, which restricts any unwarranted misuse of your Freecharge account or credit/debit cards associated with the Freecharge account. Accordingly, in order to curb any misuse our system automatically restricts the Freecharge accounts to withdraw the amount for 30 days. However, in the interim time period, you are free to use the amount loaded for any recharges or third party merchant transactions. If you have any further issues, do reach out to us and we shall be happy to help you. | |||||

Sir, freechrage offered a code for cash back on snap deal .com . where I used that code and recharged my cell no with 200 rs but recharge failed and my account debited ...its been one month I am waiting for the refund. I have attached the reference no in the msg.kindly help ..thanks
