Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Adding money | |||
I added money of about 250rs. And i got the message saying that transaction failed... I tried again, again same response... Then i got messages from bank that the money from account has been deducted! I.e, 250 + 250 = 500rs...but in my freecharge, it shows "0" balance... Wtf! Not the welcome i expected from freecharge! I have attached the bank statement for your reference. And i tried to raise complaint i their website, it was a dead page. Even after giving all the required data submission was not happening . IT was like dummy page. And when i tried to reload the page, it didn't. Even the captcha of page remained same . Very poor customer support !!! Was this information helpful? | |||
