As per our records, payment against the above mentioned order ID was unsuccessful. If there is any deduction from your bank but has not been forwarded to FreeCharge/payment gateway, then the amount will be automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
Normal turn around time for the amount to be credited to your respective account is 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & bank holidays).
We request you to kindly wait until the mentioned time frame.
Request you to contact your bank customer support to know further about the status of the transaction and quote these numbers.

This has already crossed the assigned deadline and I can't keep hitting my head for anymore deadline.
Please process my refund ASAP. You have the worst customer support I have ever seen.
Kindly change your approach in resolving your customer issues or at the end of day you will loose
your valuable customer.
