Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount deducted from my wallet and not yet credited in my bank account

I have made two transaction sum of rs[protected] + 5000 ) from my freecharge account to my bank account linked on 15feb 2017 at 06:17 PM and 06:18 PM, but the amount has not been credited till date to my bank account.

For the above issue I logged a customer complaint on 16.02.2017 and ticket id is 1218649. I have wrote several mail to [protected]@freecharge.com,
[protected]@freecharge.com. But till day they not responding my mails.
