[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount not credited to beneficiary bank account

Sir, i have made transaction of Rs 20217.12 on freecharge via credit card for rent payment. But amount was deducted from my credit card and didn't credited to beneficiary bank account. I have called customer care of freecharge and mailed many times but still amount not credited.
Please do needful to make the issue resolved.
