I recharged my brother phone through freecharge with 395 rs before 12 days, but that transaction got failed. I contacted the customer care numbers for n number of times but they didnt responded, simply they are sending mail that they will resolve my problem.395rs is hefty amount some one like me who is hailing fro m lower middleclass family. Till that date i am unabled to recharge to brother who was living in remote area. I want my refund money back. With this i am attaching a file about transactions
