I have made a payment of rs 2000.00 through my freecharge account on 13.06.2016 which was unsuccessful. My bank rejected my charge back of that transaction as per chargeback settlement policy. As per the chargeback settlement policy, they are saying that the money can be reversed only through the merchant’s chargeback department. Kindly reverse the amount asap.
