Dear sir, I am using free charge wallet with (Mob [protected] and email id [protected]@yahoo.com) & loaded rs.10000 in my wallet after loading during performing withdrawn operation by free charge apps it generates error message "wallet request error" thereafter i contact to customer care they replied you cant perform withdrawn operation so i request them to refund my amount back to my source account they acknowledge that your amount Initiated a refund of rs.5000+5000 order id Transaction I'd : ZoM3KKyBQOqJsET7tdqKyQ 2nd Transaction Id : KF72axkZQEeL3m0ixkqb4Q still amount not refunded to my account as well they are not answering to my email now. I call ([protected]) company so many time and email ([protected]@freecharge.in) also but there is no reply Last 4 day no reply freecharge care .. already generated ticket no 483724.
