[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Ebay order through freecharge failed but no refund.

Hi,
Amount of Rs.255 was deducted from bank and got confirmation from freecharge but the order on eBay was not successful. The cust support said me to wait for 24 hours i will get the order placed or refund on the same but still no response the order or the refund. There is no customer support other than email :[protected]@freecharge.com to check with. I sent 4 emails in row and still no response from freecharge. Seems it like fraud and need to be reported to consumer court to take necessary action on this.

See attached image and need do the needful.

Dear sir /mam I recharged my dish TV with ₹400 .payment debited from bank acc. But not processed or refunded even after I mnth. I complained twice at [protected]@freecharge.co.in but as usual no response.this is very usual with freecharge. Pls tell me what to do. FCDC[protected] is transaction no. For reference
