[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — electricity bill has been paid but still says in progress even after 24 hours

Hello there,

I have made the pgvcl bill connection on 2nd july morning but even after 24 hours it's saying under progress. It was transaction of rs 2100. Here i have attached screenshot of transaction so if you don't make the bill payment by today than kindly refund my payment. Rs 2090 was debited from my axis bank debit card and rs10 was from wallet. I request you to take care of this as soon as you can.

ok thank you let's wait for next 24 hours but what happen even after 48 hours I will not be notified by operator or in freecharge app I can't see it's successful.

one more thing I have added the promo code HOT50 so I should get cashback of RS50 if transaction was successful but I don't even received that cashback.

Hello Freecharge,

It's 48hours gone. Neither I received any confirmation nor received cash back. If bill payment was successfully submitted than I should receive the cashback and confirmation both. As you said payment done successfully but unfortunately it's not reach to the operator. Here I am attaching 2 screenshots where one is showing in progress and another one said failed don't know which I need to follow. Now I request for the refund so do it.

Hello Freecharge,

Thank you for the response on my ticket generated on your app. As you said there payment has been processed but how can I know that my bill has been paid successfully. I paid the bill manually on 3rd July as well because 4th July was the last date and I don't want to pay panelty without my fault. Here I have attached the screenshot of bill I paid at PGVCL office. Still I am sure that bill has been not paid to operator from your side because till now I don't receive my cashback of 50Rs. If it's successful than than I will receive it within 48 hours.

Now you ask me to wait for next bill generation which will be done after 2 months. Why should I wait till that and if 2100 not credited in that bill than what should I do?

I tried to submit the form but somehow it's not submitted and not getting any error as well. I am not sure but may be it's because of I am using same email which I have registered in Axis bank. I am already an axis bank customer.
I want to pay Tsspdcl Current bill on FreeCharge but I am unable to pay.please rectify my problem
