My name is Balbir Singh, I did a DTH recharge for ₹200 on[protected]. The site crashed in between and the transaction failed, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I had filed a complaint through [protected]@freecharge.com on the issue on[protected], but the amount has not been refunded even after 9 days.
