Please have a look at following transactions where only last transaction(8328290_1 at 11:49:44) is success and my bus ticket got booked but failed transactions also showing success. I can see only success transaction in my REDBUS account.
iBIBO -REDBUS 8328290_1, Sun Dec 04 2016, 11:49:44 PM RS.960/- this is success and marked as Transaction.
iBIBO -REDBUS 8328216_1, Sun Dec 04 2016, 11:47:10 PM RS.960/- this is failed but showing as success and marked as Transaction.
iBIBO -REDBUS 8328194_1, Sun Dec 04 2016, 11:46:08 PM RS.960/- as this is showing failed I am file with this and marked as Payment Failure
iBIBO -REDBUS 8327335_1, Sun Dec 04 2016, 11:17:11 PM RS.885/- this is failed but showing as success and marked as Transaction.
iBIBO -REDBUS 8325969_1, Sun Dec 04 2016, 10:42:30 PM RS.960/- this is failed but showing as success and marked as Transaction.
Note: all these transactions are done for the same seat booking. Finally I booked the same seat with final transaction.
I logged a complaint regarding this and complaint no. is 456670 but my issue is not yet resolved. Since there is no customer support number, I sent an email to level2 support team but I did not received any response from them. After I raised complaint my transaction history is not appearing in my freecharge account(I don't know why they deleted my transaction history).
Please address this issue ASAP.
