Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Freecharge shows wallet error when I transfer money from freecharge app account to bank account

I have 19000/- in my freecharge account. When I transfer the amount to my bank account it shows wallet request error. I have been sending complaints to the freecharge customer support but they are not resolving the issue.
Kindly help me.
