I booked ticket from Hyderabad to Pune in Orange Travels from REDBUS. I paid using freecharge wallet. But ticket was not booked and money got deducted from my freecharge wallet. The ticket was of 1290 Rs. I have attached the screenshot as well. Its been one month I did not get any refund. Request you to refund it asap.
