Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money deducted but ticket not booked

Hello,

I was trying to book Redbus ticket from Freecharge account.
Money got deducted but ticket was not booked.
I have already raised the ticket regarding the same. But no response since Saturday 12th Nov 2016.

I tried customer care number also written query main for several times but there is no actual response from Freecharge other than automated or casual reply
