[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money deducted order not received | |
I have placed an order for pizza from Dominos website using freecharge payment gateway. money successfully deducted from my a/c and also transaction showed sucessfull on freecharge dashboard. however dominos website order captured not showed and they were complaming payment not received from freecharge so order will not be placed. when contacted freecharge they said for sucessful transaction you need to contact merchant. now both freecharge and dominos making customer to play TT and none of them taking ownership. whom should i approach for mtpy Rs997?
