My name Arpita Ghosh.

I did to try payment my cesc bil ([protected]) worth 930 rupees.My payment was unsuccessful. but my bank send me SMS to cut that 930balence.I send mail to frecharge against it.frecharge reply my 930 rupees auto refunnd in my bank account if in case any fault so send bank update statement to 20.01.2017
after 6 days I send my update passbook soft copy.But till now they not refund my money.Please help me
