I was trying to pay my torrent bill. Money was deducted from my bank account bt the transaction was failed so I was nt able to pay the bill of electricity. Money was already deducted and I got a confirmation message from FreeCharge that your money will be refunded in 5-7 business day. This incident occurred on 2nd Feb 2017. Till today I haven't received my money back.it was a huge amount, 1300 INR. I have mailed them twice but received no help from FreeCharge side.

Worst experience I had with FreeCharge.I want my money refunded.i am uploading the statement of my bank with last transaction on 7th feb2017 showing that money is deducted and not refunded.

Updated by BHARGAV KORAT The complain is yet not resolved after mailing for two times. Even I cannot find customer care no for FreeCharge which is working.

Updated by BHARGAV KORAT Hi i m Bhargav korat. I was paying for my electricity bill on 2.2.17 and transaction went wrong but amount was deducted from my account. The amount which is deducted from my account is ₹1300. I got a message from freecharge that amount will be refunded with in 7-10 days.My transaction I'd is FCEA[protected]. But this is the 14th day but i havent got my refund amount. So kindly take immediate action and refund the amount as soon as possible.
