[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — No refund | |||||
I had paid electricity bill (Msedc) of amount 6180 on 14/11/2016 unfortunately recharge was not successful. I got a mail from freecharge saying it will be refunded with 5-7 days. After a week followup i got a mail saying that they haven't received any amount and talk to my credit card company. As per our records the transaction was successful and the service provider has confirmed the same with the reference ID FRC[protected]. In case the payment is not updated in service provider portal, the payment will be updated in your next bill. Alternatively, you can also contact the service provider to confirm the same by providing the reference ID FRC[protected].
