[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — no refund of my money | |||
Dear sir/madam, I placed an order of jio recharge (Mobile internet - 4g) account but due to some reason, it is still showing me that request is under processing but money has been deducted from my account. It has been more than 7 hours and i still did not receive my refund even after sending mail to the customer care... My transaction id : is fcvw[protected] Please do the needful... I am not able to recharge to the account due to the fear of 2 time recharge (I may loose 500 rs more...) since no confirmation from freecharge.in! Was this information helpful? | |||

I had paid Rs 850 for a cloth for Wforwomen site through freecharge. But payment had not reached to W store and my account deducted Rs 850 infact Freecharge had given Rs50 for that. I am trying to contact many time to freecharge person but not getting any reply. I am feeled cheated by Freecharge.
