I am owner of ([protected]@yahoo.com), i created freecharge account by this mail id, i made a payment by this site but my balance deducted by freecharge and my recharge was unsuccesfull now my complaint is that as freecharge told me my money will be refund in 7 days. Today is 14th of day but till now i did not receive no any money in my account.

i have not received the refund thats why i have complaint, you are saying it usually takes 5 to 7 working days, but here 15 days have past & i have not received the refund, i have given you the updated bank statement, there you can find it clearly that no refund has been received, so kindly refund my amount of rs 1169/-.
so refund my amount & stop saying the same thing again & again.
