[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Paid bescom bill through freecharge. But its not reflecting in the bescom portal | |||||
I had paid bescom bill through freecharge on 7/12/2016 but till now the payment is not reflecting in bescom portal. Though i got a mail from freecharge stating the transaction was successful with ORDER ID: FCEW[protected] but it still shows not paid in bescom portal. I had sent an email to freecharge and they created a ticket saying a customer care executive will assist you shortly but no one contacted me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Utility bill payments generally gets updated on your account within 48 Hours from the time of transaction. Ideally you should be receiving a notification from the operator regarding the payment once it is updated in your account.
