I booked the bus using redbus app and made the payment through freecharge gateway but my payment got failed with some error. The amount got deducted from my freecharge wallet with the failed booking. I have tried to initiate the refund but didn't got any option. My order id is 10875499. Refund the amount back to my wallet. As I have already tried to contact so many time.
