Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Payment not credited into bank account | |||||
I did a online transaction on freecharge on 21/11/2016 to add money in wallet for Rs 700 (350+350) but the transaction was declined. I contacted freecharge they said the money will be credited back within 5 days. After 5 days they said the transaction wasn't successful and to contact the bank i contacted bank they said freecharge has received the payment and i forwarded the Transaction id which i have received from bank. Please help me out and credit back the amount of Rs 700. I am chasing freecharge from 25 days but i am not getting my money back. I added 50Rs. twice in my freecharge account( [protected]@gmail.com &[protected]) but both time it deducted from my account but not added in my freecharge account
