I avail a credit line of 1645 for an electricity bill payment which was due on January 5. I paid the amount through freecharge app selecting Kotak bank UPI on 5th jan at 5Am. The amount was debited from my Kotak account of Rs. 1645. Freecharge levied bounce charges and also additional interest around 800Rs for their mistake. Their executives refunded me Rs 1645 on 19th January and asked me to pay 2415 on 19th January. I had a loss of around 800Rs even after making payments on time. Their executives are pathetic who harassed me everyday and finally fooled me to get a cash back of 800Rs instantly after making the payments. These are hard earn money and this way an ordinary citizen can’t reimburse it back due to no platform to outreach.
