[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Refund issue. | |||||
Hi team, I have recharged a plan of Rs.198 for a BSNL network on 8th Dec, 2016 . The recharge has not been done and the money has been deducted from my bank account. My order id is : FCVA[protected]. In invoice it is showing successful transaction but that number has not been recharged according to the plan. Please look into the matter soon and refund the amount to my freecharge wallet asap. As per our records the transaction is successful, however there are a few exceptional cases where the operator reverses a transaction status after 48 hours from the time of the transaction. The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails. We understand your concern about the Recharge query on your account. Your transaction inputs have been forwarded to the Internal team. We will update you the details once shared. Appreciate your co-operation. | |||||
