Sir/madam,
There has been a refund of rs 1288 initiated to my bank account on 28/2/19, which is not credited to my bank. I have contacted customer service and they provided me arn number and payment gateway id and told me to contact bank. When i contacted bank they told me that they unable to trace this transaction and asked me for rbi settlement report. Since few days i am mailing freecharge customer support they are not responding me at all. Neither they provided me any report nor they solved the problem.
