Hi. I tried booking my bus ticket on 6/12/2016 paying through freecharge wallet.Even though the transaction failed, it was deducted from my wallet. I even got the cash back. The next day I recharge my phone for which I even got a recharge successful message but no amount was actually credited to my mobile. Order id:8417912 for the bus booking and order id:FCVA[protected] I've tried reaching your customer care through all medias, only to fail. All I get is an automated response saying agents will call but its been almost 3 days. The least you'll can do is tell me the status of my transaction. Was this information helpful? | |||||
