Hi team, This is in reference to ticket # 693540, # 836088 and # 952802. I was hearing the same message from you from last many days that you have forwarded this to the internal team but till now issue is not resolve yet. You are not giving me any eta or sla to resolve this. Almost more than 20 days have passed and more than 4 tickets i have raised. You have accepted that my transaction was failed but not able to resolve my issue by refunding my amount in my freecharge wallet.
