[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Transaction failed but amount not refunded, amount get deducted from bank account

I had done transaction of 1820 rupees to pay reliance energy bill via free charge. Transaction failed and amount got deducted from bank account (ICICI).

24/03/2017 VIN/WWW FREECHA/[protected]/1 Dr. 1, 820.00
I also wrote email to free charge they replied it will be credited to your account in 5 working days. Still amount not credited. In one of email they told to check with bank, bank replied to check with free charge as transaction was through free charge.
Please do needful.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for writing in!

We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account against the order ID FCEM[protected].

If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days(excluding saturday and sunday).

We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID [protected] PG payu) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update.

Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.

They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund.

We appreciate your patience & co-operation.

You know we are already in email conversation and I already told you that I had check with my bank icici and reliance energy, they told to check with free charge. I already forwarded email to you. From your end always same emails are forwarded that be patience ...Who will keep patience if you are not refunding money back after so many complain and providing proof, I have never seen such services, other companies like Amazon, IRCTC always refund money within 3-4 working days without sending any emails to them

I have again forwarded all our conversation emails to ICICI bank, please let me Know whom I contact now, if everyone is blaming each other
