I have request free charge to deposit my wallet balance amount in my bank as i was not able to utilized the amount as per my wish but their team told me due to rbi policy they can only deposit the amount in source bank from where the amount was transfer to my wallet (But because the source was different as someone borrowed me some money and after long wait he finally deposit the same in my freecharge wallet) so i requested freecharge to not deposit the amount in source account for which they gave me the confirmation of non deduction from my wallet on 10th september, 2 pm but after 3 hours my wallet amount get deducted & when i inquired about that from freecharge team they told me that by their mistake amount was deducted & now they can't do anything and now i have to bear the losses because of their error so please tell me what can i do now to expose this fraud company & get my money back.
