[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount deducted from my account | |||
I have loaded my account with 250 rupees uisng my rupay card. Amount has been debited from my account. But not added in the wallet. I wrote many emails to customer care but no response till now. They need to pay 250 plus 50 cash back to my wallet. My registered email id is [protected]@live.com. Very worst customer service by free charge. Need to have customer care number. Verified Support Dec 02, 2016 Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response Dear Manikandan, Thank you for writing in! We understand that you are worried about the refund that you have requested. As per our records payment gateway initiated auto refund of Rs.250 to your bank account on[protected] against the order ID OC[protected]-[protected]. Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days(excluding saturday, sunday and national holidays). In case the refund does not reflect in your bank account within the above mentioned turnaround time, kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date. This will help us follow it up with our payment partner. Please note that any cashback given against promotional offers is non-refundable and will remain as a FreeCharge balance.
